Once we’ve established a connection, we’ll craft a comprehensive proposal outlining all project elements such as deliverables, timelines, investment requirements, and more – setting the stage for a successful collaboration.

ALIGNMENT

Let’s start the project journey with a briefing form to gather detailed information about you and your company, enabling me to understand your preferences, requirements, and goals. After the alignment meeting following the briefing, we will begin an in-depth research phase to analyze the market, competitors, visual cues, and trends to guide your creative process. Subsequently, a mood board will be created for further development. A final pre-development meeting will solidify the mood board and crucial details, setting the stage for the exciting phase of actual creation to begin.

DEVELOPMENT

Passing the baton to our skilled creative team, we are well-equipped to bring your project to life, meeting all briefing requirements and compiling essential references. To build an effective “marketing machine,” aligning on its objectives is key, requiring coordination with various individuals from your brand, content, marketing ops, and sales teams. The focus should be on developing clearly defined customer journeys, recognizing subtle buyer intent indicators like website engagement or social media conversions, and identifying compelling conversion triggers within the content journey for optimal results. 

PRESENTATION & DELIVERY

Once everything is prepared, we will compile it and share the draft with you, providing an explanation of the reasons and motivations behind it. Following the initial delivery, you will have the opportunity to review, raise any doubts or concerns you may have, and suggest any necessary changes. Upon approval, we will then finalize the delivery of these materials and provide you with all the necessary formats, attributes, and strategies to meet the brand’s objectives.
